Each state has its own apprenticeship requirements for permanent makeup technicians; be sure to contact your local board of health to obtain the necessary information. The State of New Jersey requires apprentices to successfully complete 15 procedures, including at least 5 of each of the following:

The Art & Science of Areola Restoration
Become a Medical PMU Artist
Areola micropigmentation is an advanced procedure to improve the appearance and self-confidence of women and men who have undergone breast cancer surgery. The iStippleHD technique is used to create an areola after breast reconstruction, minimize the appearance of scars or restore an areola to a more natural-looking color and shape.
Our two-day training class will provide all of the knowledge needed to perform this procedure. Practice labs provide hands-on training in color theory, color selection, proper needle selection and techniques that will give you the knowledge and confidence to create the illusion of a 3D nipple. Live model demos let you see this technique in action.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Areola repigmentation is a specialty area of tattooing that requires advanced permanent cosmetic experience as well as technique. Completion of Primary Permanent Cosmetics Training is a prerequisite for this course.

Our one-day class is filled with an abundance of information that will provide all the knowledge needed to perform this procedure. The iRemove TRS System is a 2-step removal system using a unique blend of all-natural ingredients (no artificial preservatives or parabens). iRemove TRS works with the skin’s own natural internal transportation system to safely and effectively bind with pigments and inks to be lifted out via osmosis from the dermal/epidermal layers of the skin. Beauty Everlasting's Permanent Cosmetics Training Academy offers the ultimate educational experience. This intensive information packed course will give the beginning student a solid fundamental education to get started in the permanent cosmetic industry.

Beauty EverLasting is a licensed institute with an approved training program by the American Academy of Micropigmentation(AAM) & Brenda is a certified trainer member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP). Brenda is also a Certified Micropigmentation Instructor (CMI) with the AAM. She is one of only few trainers in the industry to have this distinction. In addition, she completed the stringent requirements set by SPCP to become an accredited training institute in the field of permanent cosmetics. She is only the second SPCP certified trainer member in the state of New Jersey. This training course follows all SPCP guidelines which are the highest in the permanent cosmetics industry. The SPCP is the largest international organization in the permanent cosmetics industry and the only organization that officially approves permanent cosmetic trainers. Brenda is looked at as an expert in the field from all her peers and acts as a subject matter expert for the SPCP.
